Modern CNC machines and automation make machining more efficient, but skill, experience and a feel for materials and tools are still needed to achieve desired results. This is especially true for precision work and custom manufacturing.
Our operators are skilled professionals with experience of how different materials behave in turning, milling and drilling. They know how steel, aluminum and titanium react to different cutting speeds, angles and tools.

Planning
Our quotation team will review and discuss your inquiry. At this stage, we check that we have the right skills, the right machines and sufficient capacity to guarantee quality and delivery precision.
Sometimes we are already involved at the design stage, advising you on raw materials and processing methods to ensure a cost efficient and solid manufacturing process when scaled up to full volume.
Preparation - then quotation and order processing
Based on the preparations, we will create a quotation that meets your requirements.
If you are an existing customer, who regularly orders the same components, we are happy to receive your order via EDI.
A work order is then created with quantities and all specifications attached, so that the operator has access to the correct drawings and information on manufacturing materials, any hardening, marking and how to pack the finished parts.
A machine program is then developed
For every new part, our engineers create a new machine program in GibbsCAM and RopeCAM. The program is especially focused on cutting operations such as turning, milling and multi-axis machining operations.
Personal commitment is a core value
Our employees take personal responsibility for ensuring that each job is completed to specification and to the right quality. Each job includes first-bit control and last-bit control. Without control data, jobs cannot be checked in and out in our ERP-system.
Clear instructions are provided for each work step and for what to do before the shift ends.
Quality at all stages
Getting it right depends on the commitment and dedication of our staff to customer satisfaction.
For existing articles, our standard procedures and self-inspection are sufficient, but for new articles and prototypes, we also carry out a protocol-based outcome test.
In the event of any complaints, we work with 8D-analyzes that are documented and feedback to avoid repeating deviations.
On-time delivery
Our delivery precision is based on efficient and accurate warehouse and logistics management.
The delivery team is often in direct contact with our customers and can quickly resolve any issues to ensure that the goods arrive where they should, on time.
