We offer you the possibility to outsource parts of your manufacturing process to us. We handle purchasing, manufacturing and warehousing, with delivery from stock within three days with high delivery precision.

Different types of processing

Fårbo Manufacturing has around 100 machines and automation equipment. Our machinists, technicians and operators have solid knowledge in cutting machining and handle a variety of machining processes in different materials.

Turning

Turning in multi-axis multus machines, making it possible to process articles in one and the same machine and often in one set.

Milling

Milling up to five axes, making it possible to mill difficult shapes while maintaining precision.

Long-hole drilling

Long-hole drilling is done in two-spindle machines. We can drill up to 900 mm with a diameter of up to 30 mm.

End processing

Finishing involves trimming workpieces to the correct length for further processing by other methods.

Laser processing

Laser processing to shape difficult contours with high precision and in tough materials.

Wire EDM

Wire EDM is used for difficult contours where high precision and surface finish are required. All electrically conductive materials can be wire sparked.

Hole carving

Hole drilling EDM is used to create small, deep and precise holes in electrically conductive materials. We can spark holes down to a diameter of 0.2 mm.

Quality control and other processes

Measuring in Zeiss measuring machine 1000 x 700 x 500 mm. Surface grinding in up to 2000 x 500 mm, plus a variety of other machines at your service.
