Agnes Gäfvert will complete her education at Teknikcollege Bergslagen at Brinellskolan in Fagersta in June 2025. The school works closely with industrial companies in the region, including Fårbo Manufacturing.
During her 5-week internship at Fårbo Manufacturing Agnes says she likes to see concrete results of her work, which she can do in her job as an operator. She applied to Fårbo herself, with some help from her teachers to make contacts.
Agnes feels that it is fairly easy to get a job if you show your skills and that the training has been good and concrete. A comment for future jobs from Agnes:
“It’s important for me to be part of the group and to feel included. But you also have to show that you want to learn and are willing to contribute!”
In addition to her job at Fårbo, Agnes has an incredibly exciting hobby. “I’d love to become a navigator at rally races in the future – that would be incredibly fun!”.
